Hiring: Social Media Strategy & Management 

Rebecca Simmons Design is looking for a new, fresh perspective to help build a social media strategy for posts, reels, stories via platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.

The candidate must have experience with building brand stories, collating the company's own content to elevate exposure.

This is a part time, short to medium term role, allowing for a strategy to be implemented and followed long term by our in house team.

We would love the candidate to work on:

  • To build and develop a coherent social media strategy with the brand's voice and aesthetic to drive engagement
  • Create both reels and posts to drive engagement and build consistent content
  • Build a posting pattern that aligns with the online metrics, ensuring these align with press deadlines and relevant diary dates. 
  • Analyse social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improving reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • An understanding of the Interior Design world is important, to best grasp the voice and style of our company. 
  • Photography skills would be ideal, but not essential

This is a remote freelance role, therefore the candidate will need to have themselves set up as a sole trader / other.

Fees negotiable based on experience
